I got lucky and got to study abroad in Italy while I was in college. Taking that first bite of my Piadina was a blast of nostalgia.
I would highly recommend Piadina to anyone. Rather you're craving a sandwich, a bite to eat, or a light meal. The most pleasing aspect to me was that after eating the sandwich, I didn't feel groggy or bloated at all. I felt light and energetic, unlike many heavy sandwiches that are popular nowadays.

They catered this at my work today and it was the first time I ever had it. They are Italian sandwiches in flat breads. I had the PARMA which had prosciutto, mozzarella, mushrooms, arugula and tomatoes in a flatbread. It was actually quite good.
Fresh and flavorful, I am looking forward to try their other sandwiches.

I've never heard of a piadina before, but I loved these sandwiches. The bread tastes so fresh and ingredients inside are flavorful. The only thing I'd say is that it does take a while for the food to come out when they're busy.
